Review the problem and the constraints
A useful project account identifies the customer objective, occupancy, legacy equipment, budget boundaries and work windows. It explains why an option was chosen and where compromises remained. Customer names and sensitive layouts require permission.
Examine installation and acceptance
Request relevant field photographs, asset identifiers, approved changes and test results. An opening should be traced across hardware, power and programming; a camera should be judged against its view objective; a cable should match a labeled test record.
Distinguish evidence from an application example
The scenarios in our technology guides explain how a solution could be scoped and tested. They are not published claims of completed customer projects. For a relevant project discussion or available references, contact the team with your facility type and technology need.
Prepare your own decision record
Record the desired outcome, expected test, observed result and unresolved items with the owner. Ask for the documents required by the actual contract and approved scope; the evidence should match the installed system.
