01

Test the complete scenario

Individual device checks do not prove a whole system. We work from an agreed test plan: present a valid and invalid credential, review the associated event and camera view, verify notification routing, retrieve recording and observe expected failure behavior. Testing should reflect how the facility actually runs, including relevant after-hours conditions.

02

Capture exceptions and retests

A commissioning record identifies the tested point, expected result, observed result, date, outstanding issue and retest status. If a room is inaccessible or a third-party dependency remains unfinished, the gap is documented. Life safety and regulated work follow applicable approval and witness procedures rather than a generic checkout list.

03

Transfer practical knowledge

Training should give operators and administrators a chance to perform their daily tasks: add a user, find an event, export approved footage, acknowledge an alert and report a fault. Roles and permissions should be reviewed with the owner. We also discuss what to do when a local controller, network link or cloud connection is unavailable.

04

Hand over the supporting record

Closeout can include device inventory, updated drawings, configuration and license ownership, test results, warranty references, operating notes and known open items according to contract scope. The customer should know which team owns each next action and how to request support. A complete handoff reduces the cost of the next change.

WHAT A CUSTOMER CAN ASK TO SEE

The record from commission

A test record, operator orientation and an agreed list of remaining exceptions. The exact deliverables depend on the agreed contract scope.

CONNECTED DELIVERY

One Integrator, Every System.

Every stage should connect the customer’s operating need to an installed and supportable result.
