01

Start with the operating problem

A request for another camera may really be a request for faster incident review. A request for new credentials may involve a staffing and visitor workflow. We begin with the outcome the owner needs, the events that cause friction and the people who will act on information from the system. That distinction helps a project solve the right problem.

02

Walk the actual environment

Discovery looks at occupied spaces, entries, equipment rooms, pathways, power, lighting, network handoffs and the condition of existing equipment. We ask for available drawings, device lists, service records and platform access. An inventory records what can be observed and what remains unverified; undocumented legacy equipment should not quietly become a design assumption.

03

Bring the right stakeholders into the room

Facilities, security, IT, operations and the users of the space may each own a different part of the outcome. We identify who approves access rules, who maintains network ports, who receives an alarm and who coordinates work in occupied areas. For life safety interfaces and regulated properties, the appropriate authorities and project professionals must be involved.

04

Turn observations into decisions

A useful discovery record separates immediate issues, dependencies and future opportunities. It lists site constraints, known gaps, open questions and the evidence needed to scope a solution. We discuss what can be reused, what should be tested further and what needs replacement. That gives the customer a basis for comparing options instead of buying from a generic device count.

WHAT A CUSTOMER CAN ASK TO SEE

The record from discover

A record of installed conditions, stakeholders, constraints and questions that need resolution. The exact deliverables depend on the agreed contract scope.

CONNECTED DELIVERY

One Integrator, Every System.

Every stage should connect the customer’s operating need to an installed and supportable result.
